- No file upload is required on this product page. You can send your customization details after ordering or contact us before placing the order.
- Please provide clear information such as artwork, city name, landmark, logo, text, puzzle size, piece count, quantity, color preference, and packaging needs.
- If you already have artwork or a reference image, please make sure it is clear and high-resolution enough for puzzle printing.
- Small text, thin lines, and very dark images may not appear clearly after printing or cutting, so we may suggest adjustments before production.
- Small differences in color, size, cutting edge, texture, and finishing may occur due to printing, material, lighting, and production processes.
- Production time depends on design complexity, order quantity, material choice, packaging requirements, and confirmation speed.
- For copyrighted logos, artworks, characters, brands, landmarks, or protected designs, please make sure you have the right to use them.
- Custom products are usually not eligible for return or exchange after production begins, unless there is a confirmed production quality issue.
